What do I need to do to bring a guest?

All guests over 18 sign in at the reception desk when the accompanying member checks in. All guests 17 and under must have a signed parent or legal guardian waiver signed in order to visit. Waivers must be signed in person. Guest fees may apply.

How old does a person have to be to have their own membership?

15 years old.

Can I try the club for free?

On our website, under the “membership” section there is a free pass that can be requested.

What does a membership cost?

We offer periodic membership specials and with or without a special the memberships are always value priced. Please contact the club, speak with our Membership coordinators and arrange a visit.

Are all memberships contracts?

We offer month to month, 12 month and annual paid in full memberships. In addition we offer individual, couple, family and corporate plans.

When are memberships billed?

Month to month and 12 month memberships are billed based on the day you join on the credit card or bank account of your choice.

Is there a charge for group exercise classes?

We offer 55 classes a week or more at no additional cost. Specialty classes like Gravity, Boot Camp, and Pink Gloves are available for a modest fee.

Do I get a free personal training session with my membership?

We offer all new members the exclusive Shasta Athletic Club Fit Launch with a certified personal trainer.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Memberships may be held for up to 3-6 month periods at a time, based on extended travel or illness. Administrative fees may apply.

How do I cancel my membership?

All month to month and 12 month memberships (after the 12 month term) can be cancelled in the club. To cancel a membership requires a 30 day written notice.

Can I charge purchases to my membership?

All memberships are capable of having refreshments, proshop and programming purchases charged to them. Your purchases will be charged on the account designated.

What is Parent’s Night Out?

Approximately once a month we give parents the opportunity to catch dinner, a movie or just a little R&R. Dates and times are posted in childcare. Food and drinks are provided. A small fee and age restrictions apply.

What are your holiday hours?

Holiday hours may vary and are posted 30 days in advance.
