Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a military style fitness program, designed to implement a variety of core body exercises that will burn fat, build muscle, and challenge you physically. Boot Camp also emphasizes accountability, discipline, motivation and teamwork. All levels of fitness are welcome. You do not have to be “in shape.” You do not have to know how to do push-ups (we’ll teach you). You do not have to run fast. You are ready! Why wait?
