Quick Starts – Are you new to fitness? New to the club? Do you need help renewing your fitness plan? Let our certified personal trainers help. Our trainers will put you through a REAL training session(s). Price is $35 for 2 hours. Membership is required. This Quick Start service may be used one time only.

    The Pink Gloves Boxing program is born from a unique strategy that combines the 1 on 1 coaching of a certified personal trainer with the supportive small group setting, (limited number of ladies). Accountability is foremost in this program that is designed with your fitness goals in mind. Our elite, individually selected team of female personal trainers designs your fitness program, provide nutritional analysis and teach you proper strength and cardio training techniques.     Hatha Yoga

    Hatha Yoga is a gentle, slower paced class. Good for beginners or seasoned experts who want more stretch, holding of poses, and breathing. This class provides a good introduction to the basic yoga poses.

    This class is a blend of short intense cardio intervals and core programming to create a fat burning/ core training workout.

  • Indoor sessions
    Better Body Cycling

    This class incorporates intervals and circuits that work you head to toe and boost cardio energy systems.

  • Extreme Gravity

    30 minutes of total body conditioning followed by 30 minutes of multi-muscle exercises that utilize your own bodyweight for resistance. Defy Gravity!!

    Racquetball Courts - 3 championship glass wall racquetball courts

    The Shasta Athletic Club features 3 championship glass wall racquetball courts. Racquetball courts may be reserved as follows: You may call 241-7711 ext 0 or at the Reception Desk up to 24 hours in advance, (starting at 8am – no calls prior to 8am) of the time you are requesting. You may hold (one) 1 hour reservation at a time. If you are not on time your court may be forfeited. Courts may be reserved on a walk-in basis only if the court is currently vacant.
