Women With Weights
The women with weights program is born from a unique strategy that combines the 1 on 1 coaching of a certified personal trainer with the supportive small group setting, (limited number of ladies). Accountability is foremost in this program that is designed with your fitness goals in mind. Our elite, individually selected team of female personal trainers designs your fitness program, provide nutritional analysis and teach you proper strength and cardio training techniques.
