I have been actively involved in the fitness industry since 1976. I have operated clubs in San Bernardino, CA, Monterey, CA, Wilmington NC and Redding. What I enjoy most about what I do is seeing people have fun. Helping someone reach a goal or achieving something is what is so special about this business. It is very satisfying to have a chance to shape the environment, create the program or provide the tools that make a difference in someone’s life.

I understand coming to the club is often an escape of sorts from one’s daily life, in recognizing that I am challenged along with our staff to make that a seamless experience for you.
